Wallet Credits & Store Points
Eligibility: Wallet credits or store points may be issued

Usage: Credits can only be used on tfacraft.in
and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Expiry: Store credits typically expire within
6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Partial Payment: Credits may be used partially or fully,

Restrictions: Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or
combined with discount codes unless explicitly allowed.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of receipt.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier delays.
Risk passes to the customer once the product is dispatched.
If a package is refused at delivery or is undeliverable, it may return to us;
shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All returns are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery for
eligible items (damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Unboxing videos, original packaging, and tags are mandatory for processing
returns or refunds.

If you tag @tfacraft or use brand-related hashtags, you grant
us permission to repost or reuse such content for promotional purposes without
compensation.
Bulk or Wholesale Orders
Orders above a certain quantity may require manual confirmation and additional
shipping time. Bulk orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
Technical Errors & Glitches
TFA Craft is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by external
factors such as server downtime or payment gateway issues. In case of pricing
or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.
